 Managed all construction of a 219 unit condo conversion in Schaumburg, IL. Responsibilities included managing staff, all contract buyout, monthly AIA documentation and building permits.
 Saved Hudson Capital over $150,000 during final contract negotiations.

 Responsibilities included managing of all phases of construction and customer service for a custom high-end homebuilder. Building 150 single and multi-family homes per year. Reviewed, revised and approved all home starts from sales staff. Worked with architects and homeowners on all custom changes to home drawings.
 Trained Superintendents in project scheduling and zero defect closings.

 Completed a 374-unit luxury apartment community and clubhouse in Bolingbrook, IL and a 340 unit apartment community in Villa Park, IL. Managed all land development and infrastructure improvements.
